家住通州的刘女士给儿子买了一个儿童枕。回家后，觉得里面似乎有东西，拆开一看，竟然有一只死耗子。愤怒的刘女士找到店家，要求解决。超市一负责人称，将会调查此事，给消费者满意答复。
刘女士有一个刚刚两个月大的儿子。昨天上午10点多，她去通州的卜蜂莲花超市给儿子买奶粉，看到超市有促销的“摩维世家”儿童枕头，枕面是凉席做的，每个只卖4.9元，于是就顺手买了一个。
回到家，刘女士用手拍平枕头的时候，发现里面有硬的东西。枕头上标注的填充物是植物壳。刘女士以为，可能是植物壳发霉粘在一起了，就把枕头拆开了。把填充枕芯的植物壳倒出来一看，却看见里面有一个黑乎乎、毛茸茸的小东西。
拿出来一看，发现竟然是一只死老鼠。死老鼠早就干了，蜷缩着，头尾和四肢都完整。全身的毛灰白相间，身长大约2厘米，着实把刘女士吓了一跳。
回到超市，他们找到了超市经理刘女士。夫妻俩认为是质量问题，要求超市方面给说法。刘经理表示可以退货，但仍需要进一步调查才能说明原因。如果只是退货，刘女士夫妻俩并不答应。双方没有谈拢，他们带着枕头和死老鼠回家了。他们觉得，一定是枕头的质量有问题。
昨天下午，超市的刘经理接受记者采访，简单说明了此事。她表示，消费者刘女士已经带着枕头和死老鼠到超市找过她。刘经理认为，现在还不能断定究竟是厂家的问题，还是超市的问题，但也不排除是顾客的问题。
刘经理说，她并不是怀疑死老鼠就是顾客放进枕头里的，但是看到死老鼠的时候，枕头已经是打开的，因此还不能下结论。
